Review : Coronado Central Beach has been rated by many as one of the best beaches in the world. The beach community offers plenty of hotels. One hotel of significant attraction is the Hotel del Coronado. Famous people have stayed here such as Marilyn Monroe and John F Kennedy. The Coronado Central Beach is very clean. It has restrooms and other facilities to keep you comfortable while you are out having fun in the sun. The waves here are calmer than the other beaches in San Diego such as Ocean and Mission Beach. In my opinion, I don't think this beach is a good beach to catch a good wave for surfing. However, it is a great beach for such activities as body boarding, sand castle building, volleyball ( there are volleyball courts alongside the beach but balls and nets are not provided), bbq's, and much more!
